Learning How French Bread is Made & Indulging in Cake & Chocolate





After our visit to the Old Library at SFX. We headed to a Boulangerie/Bakery to see how French Bread is made. Later we went to a Patisserie/Pastry Shop to learn about how they use chocolate to make fanciful creations. This year's theme: "Pests that Pester Us". Everyone got to choose a cake and we sang "Happy Birthday" to Alessandra who turns 17 today!
