Making Crêpes for the Festival

Several students from Saint François Xavier and a few from Academy spent the afternoon making crêpes for Saturday's International Festival and the French Table. These champion crêpe-makers spent two hours in the kitchen cooking! Vive les Bretons!

Today we went to visit Albany, the State Capital of New York. Some Chinese international students from the Academies joined us. We saw the Capitol Building, had lunch with the Mayor and then went to the New York State Museum.

Yesterday our friends from SFX got to experience a snow day! Everyone stayed home in the morning, or had fun with their host family - going shopping, watching movies, playing games or seeing a play!
